Past few days some Republicans have been in the news for backing out of the No-Tax Pledge. They should’ve also signed a No-Spend Pledge as well. However this is predictable, since most of them are unprincipled.
What is a tax? From Dictionary.com:
1. a sum of money demanded by a government for its support or for specific facilities or services, levied upon incomes, property, sales, etc.
A sum of money demanded by a government. What does the robber or thief do? That’s right, they also demand you to give them your money, or they’ll hurt you.
How is this different from the government?
It’s not. Every Republican who wants to raise taxes, get rid of loopholes, deductions, or credits (which enable you to keep your money when certain criteria are met) is a thief. At least the Democrats are honest about being thieves. No less wrong.
If you claim to be moral and endorse taxes, you’re endorsing theft and aren’t that moral after all. I know, I know, rich people can afford it, except you’re not entitled to the money they make. You’re even more greedy than they are, at least they earned it.
I covered taxes all through the book Growls, even endorsing the Fair Tax. But now I’ve got a problem with the prebate. Government cutting a check is easily politicized and can and will be abused.
Want to avoid the “fiscal cliff”? Stop spending more than you take in. The U.S doesn’t have to save the world, nor is it required to powder your ass and tuck you in. It’s there to protect your liberty and life from foreign armies; by taking from others to take care of you is counter-intuitive to liberty.
Man up, and take care of yourself, or meet the bottom of the food chain.
“I know, I know, rich people can afford it, except you’re not entitled to the money they make. You’re even more greedy than they are, at least they earned it.” Sorry dude, I can’t agree, working my last job I came to know a lot of rich people, and they made their money off the backs of the working man, and I think it’s stupid to take an oath that binds you to the principles of another ….just my humble opinion

Every one makes their money off the backs of someone else. They labor to make a paycheck that they then may give you a portion of in return for fixing their computer.
And don’t make a pledge you don’t agree with.
